Summary

This report aims to provide an evidence-based understanding of the impact on civil society of the enactment of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 72 of 2 April 2024, 'On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Non-Commercial Organizations”' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Law on Foreign Representatives') and its effect on the Kyrgyz Republic meeting its targets under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and respecting the principle of “leave no one behind” (LNOB).
